Great one stop location for gyms and walking track. Parking is usually ample.
We love running or walking on the track. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Attended toddler time. Los of age appropriate toys and a great price! Unsealed coffee not allowed so make sure you bring your travel mug!
Its a good place for many activities if you want to play tons of sports theres open gym time but if you want me I play competitive there are drop in sports
I attended a class here and really enjoyed it. It was a bit difficult to find my way around but the staff was very friendly and helped me out. Lots if convenient parking. I would go here again for a class, but it is a bit out of the way for me so probably not super regularly.
