We bought a trailer in july. We are from out of province and drove 5+ hours. The ONLY reason we continued with our purchase because we saved alot of money. The people were friendly. But didnt leave a good taste in our mouth. It seemed we had to call them several times to get the ball rolling on our purchase. We signed papers on a sunday and they didnt start anything until late wednesday. Everytime contact was made between us and them.. was us calling them. After all was said and done. We drove out there to pick up our new unit. We were promised a 200.00 "instore credit" but because our sales person didnt put it in the original paperwork we didnt get it. She said she would pay out of her own pocket for it. But we didnt need anything. We werent given all the paper work to properly register our unit in our province. I had to wait at a registry office for someone to fax us the proper info. As well as when i called.. they couldnt get ahold of our finance or sales person and they were hesitant on faxing the info. Finally he did. The company that makes our trailer has gone out of business but we were told by the folks at oakcentre that any dealer that sells them could service them for a warranty. Welllll our local dealer said we are misinformed and wont do our warrenty work. All in all the price was amazing. The people were very friendly. However the customer service lacked big time. And well fix our warranty issues ourselves.
On Mar 31/18, we bought a new fifth wheel RV (Laredo 298SRL) over the phone from TRX RV in Martensville, SK. Since we are in another province, we used the internet to research the make and model that we liked, then phoned some dealers who showed it listed on their websites. It took a bit of a leap of faith, to buy over the phone, rather than in person , but Tom and Hayden were great to deal with. Though we started fairly far apart on price, as we talked with Tom, we gradually got closer until we settled on a purchase price. We were even able to negotiate some additional items to be added prior to us taking delivery. Both Tom and Hayden brought a sense of humour as well as knowledge to the negotiations, and we look forward to meeting them when we pick up our RV later this month. Hopefully everything goes well, and we'll post another review of the walk-through procedure after we get back home.

I purchased my t@b 400 from TRX rv. They gave me a fair price for my trade and we made a deal that was good for both of us. The service has been excellent and professional. The staff are friendly and polite the owner Tom is a great guy who is very easy to deal with. If you are looking for an rv go see oak centre rv. The t@b 400 is the best small camper I have ever owned it cost a little more but is well built and easy to pull.
We drove up this morning with water issues among other problems with our new trailer. We were passing through on our way from the southern United States to Alaska. Even though we were unexpected, Tom graciously cleared a spot for our trailer on his showroom floor so it could thaw out and the problem diagnosed. Luckily the freeze had done no permanent damage and the only charge was for a standard winterization! Ashley also volunteered to help us out with our faulty tongue jack that is part of a recall. We left Oak Centre with so much more than we had ever imagined! We are very thankful to Tom, Les, Ashley, Coralee, the tech guy and the whole crew. They are really helpful, honest, and go above and beyond!
